MEXICO | IXHUATLAN | ANAEROBIC-ESPRESSO
Apricot, Black Forest Gateau
Straight from the hills of Veracruz, this coffee comes from the hard work of smallholder farmers on the Guadalupe Zaju farm. Grown at 1700 meters above sea level, the altitude and climate create the perfect conditions for a standout cup. The washed anaerobic process brings out the bright, clean flavors, while the F1 varietal adds a unique twist. It’s a coffee that really shows off the craft and care of the farmers, with a profile that’s as vibrant as the region itself. Tasting Notes: Black Forest cake, apricot, lemonade
