Roaster Notes
Heavyweight is designed to be richer and more intense than our seasonal blend through further development in the roaster. This profile is more familiar to traditional espresso drinkers but allows the quality of the coffee to still shine through. As coffee is a seasonal product, we select and source each coffee based on harvest and processing methods to maintain a consistent cup profile all year round.

The roots of Axil can be traced back to Hawthorn, with our inaugural cafe situated on Burwood Road, which also housed the roastery.
