Creamery Seasonal Blend

Fig, Cherry, Dark Chocolate

Espresso & Drip or FilterMedium RoastBlend

When coffee arrives fresh from origin, it's tasting its best: lively flavors of fruits and freshly-snapped chocolate bars jump out of the cup. For this reason, Ruby choose to rotate the coffees in their flagship blend to uphold those sweet figgy and cherry-like aromas throughout the year, with a neat lick of acidity and comforting caramels. User-friendly, too – versatilely crafted for both drip and espresso methods!

Roaster notes

“This one is our flagship! It's a balanced and syrupy blend of seasonal coffees, intended for use as drip or espresso and very popular as an iced coffee too. We've ensured it's easy to dial in on large batch brewers, and makes for super consistent espresso too. By rotating components seasonally, we ensure that vibrant flavor profile of figs, cherries and chocolate remains fresh throughout the year.”

Ruby Coffee Roasters

The company was founded by Jared and Deanna Linzmeier as a small roasting operation, built out of the spare room of Jared's childhood home. Thanks to Jared's extensive experience in roasting and sourcing coffee for some the industries best, Ruby coffee has quickly gained a reputation for quality. They're known for showcasing complex and dynamic lots of coffee from small farms that were either sourced directly or through small like-minded import/export companies. They also place a strong emphasis on accessibility, choosing to roast their coffees to optimal flavor and sweetness with ease of brewing in mind.
