This medium roast Espresso blend offers a striking balance. With notes of chocolate and a hint of caramel sweetness, it will comfort and satisfy. Sometimes you just need a hug in a mug, cozy days are in reach with every cup.
Roaster notes
This blend is a combination of a Peru Washed and a Brazil Natural processed coffee. We use around 19.5g of Bear Hug with a 20g portafilter; pulling shots to 32-36 grams of liquid espresso, for around 28-32 seconds.
