Roaster Notes
As a light espresso, our ORANGE PHOENIX is clearly focused on the fruit. Coffees at this light roast level require good equipment and know-how. If one knows how to handle it, this expressive coffee brings a maximum experience with a distinctive acidity. Everything tastes like someone has turned up the amplifier. In milk-based drinks, however, the performance is subtle.

PHOENIX COFFEE ROASTERS was founded in 2006. As one of the first roasteries in Germany, we have driven forward the specialty coffee movement. Beyond taste and quality, it was important to us from the beginning to provide transparency about coffee. Today we import a large part of our green coffees directly from coffee farmers whom we have known for many years and with whom we maintain close contact. We look forward to discovering new coffees again and again, whether natural, washed, honey or fermented microlots. We want to share our passion with you and show you that coffee is more than just a hot drink.
