This washed Caturra from Francisco López’s farm in San Antonio Huista, Huehuetenango, grows in the calcareous soils of the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes. Warm air from Mexico enables high-altitude cultivation, producing dense, sweet cherries. Handpicked and washed, the coffee offers red apple, brown sugar, and milk chocolate notes—showcasing Huehuetenango’s clarity, balance, and enduring coffee heritage.
