"This is not your traditional decaf. First, we approve the green coffee prior to decaffeination to ensure it's above specialty grade and free of defects. Then caffeine is removed with a sugarcane molasses solvent which retains all the original coffee's taste. Best of all? Colombian coffee, processed in Colombia = reduced carbon footprint."

They earned Roast Magazine's prestigious 'Roaster of the Year' award in 2013, are home to the first barista union in the USA and are currently transitioning to a worker-owned company. Gimme! Coffee roasts all their coffee on two Probat drum-style roasters at their facility in Ithaca, NY.
