Roaster Notes
Currently, Landmark s coffee comes from Coocentral (Central Huila Coffee Growers Cooperative). Coocentral is a washing station that processes coffee for local growers in Huila, Colombia. This specific lot is composed only of coffee cherries sourced from their Women Growers Program, which includes 600 different women. Like all Landmark coffees, this coffee underwent a washed process and was processed by the contributing women producers at their farms. By purchasing washed coffee from these women
Methodical Coffee opened their cafe in 2015 in Greenville, South Carolina with pennies in the bank. Luckily, their first day of trade saw a line out the door that stayed there until closing time – popularity hasn't waned since! They claim their success is based on three pillars: exceptional product, customer service and experience. Their roasting operation began in 2016 and strives to bring the same quality, service and experience to all their customers.
