Roaster Notes
It s been a while since we ve had a Guatemalan coffee in our portfolio and when we heard the story of the Xinka resilience group we immediately thought “we have to buy their coffee!” We then tasted the samples from Semilla and they were very reassuring. This coffee is a versatile and easy drinking omni roast. The smooth, nutty body reminds us of peanut butter and honey with a date-like dried fruit sweetness.
