Roaster Notes
Crafted for daily exploration, Atlas shines as both filter coffee and espresso, delivering comforting sweetness and the unmistakable character of Central America. Washed processing followed by slow drying on covered drying beds helps preserve depth and clarity, resulting in a cup with a deliciously smooth structure.
The Barn had from the beginning a clear vision: to make their coffees better and better. No compromises – simply great coffee. Their coffees are always single-origin to work out unique flavour profiles and to present each of their farm partners optimally. This makes their producers proud and the product is completely traceable. Today The Barn is one of the best-known specialty coffee brands and works with a strong network of independent cafés around the world that want to serve single-origin coffees that stand out in their local markets.
