Roaster Notes
The honey processing fits very well to the terroir of Jimma. In the cup, the coffee has notes of peach and wild mountain honey. As it cools down, you can expect floral notes of bergamot and honeysuckle. The flavours are almost tropical, while a gentle citrus acidity provides the perfect balance.
The Barn had from the beginning a clear vision: to make their coffees better and better. No compromises – simply great coffee. Their coffees are always single-origin to work out unique flavour profiles and to present each of their farm partners optimally. This makes their producers proud and the product is completely traceable. Today The Barn is one of the best-known specialty coffee brands and works with a strong network of independent cafés around the world that want to serve single-origin coffees that stand out in their local markets.
