Roaster Notes
We love the large beans of the Pacamara variety because they are so complex. In the cup, you can expect ripe plums, sweet oranges, and milk chocolate. The body is like silky macadamia. When it cools down, another note is added: Sencha tea.
The Barn had from the beginning a clear vision: to make their coffees better and better. No compromises – simply great coffee. Their coffees are always single-origin to work out unique flavour profiles and to present each of their farm partners optimally. This makes their producers proud and the product is completely traceable. Today The Barn is one of the best-known specialty coffee brands and works with a strong network of independent cafés around the world that want to serve single-origin coffees that stand out in their local markets.
