Roaster Notes
A naturally processed lot with a delicious fruity character. Expect notes of apricot jam and elderflower, with tangy acidity. Jasmine and candied lemon reveal the pure character of Yirgacheffe. Paired with milk, it s like soft fruit, chocolate, and sweet tea.
The Barn had from the beginning a clear vision: to make their coffees better and better. No compromises – simply great coffee. Their coffees are always single-origin to work out unique flavour profiles and to present each of their farm partners optimally. This makes their producers proud and the product is completely traceable. Today The Barn is one of the best-known specialty coffee brands and works with a strong network of independent cafés around the world that want to serve single-origin coffees that stand out in their local markets.
