Our spring flavor. A perfect coffee to brew as the seasons change, produced by farmers of the Edido village in the famous region of Yirgacheffe. We chose this washed lot for its delicate balance of sweetness and acidity, bringing elegant florals that are the perfect fit for the season. An uplifting brew to help celebrate the season, roasted to suit both espresso and filter.
