Roaster Notes
Casa Negra is smooth and refined, with depth developed over 30 hours of gentle fermentation. On the palate, expect notes of clementine and candied orange. The sweetness lingers with brown sugar and chocolate, all balanced by a hint of citric acidity.
The Barn had from the beginning a clear vision: to make their coffees better and better. No compromises – simply great coffee. Their coffees are always single-origin to work out unique flavour profiles and to present each of their farm partners optimally. This makes their producers proud and the product is completely traceable. Today The Barn is one of the best-known specialty coffee brands and works with a strong network of independent cafés around the world that want to serve single-origin coffees that stand out in their local markets.
