Roaster Notes
This exciting lot has the beautiful complexity that the Pacamara variety is known for. A long fermentation has developed juicy notes of passion fruit, yellow stone fruit, and plum. The coffee is very sweet, but as it cools a hint of gooseberry acid comes through. On the palate, Buena Vista is creamy with a long lingering finish.
The Barn had from the beginning a clear vision: to make their coffees better and better. No compromises – simply great coffee. Their coffees are always single-origin to work out unique flavour profiles and to present each of their farm partners optimally. This makes their producers proud and the product is completely traceable. Today The Barn is one of the best-known specialty coffee brands and works with a strong network of independent cafés around the world that want to serve single-origin coffees that stand out in their local markets.
