Roaster Notes
The Pearl originates from our family project Finca Doña Elsa in Costa Rica. For this coffee, we have combined the peaberries of our Geisha, SL28 and ET47 varietals with the peaberries of selected micro-lots from friendly neighboring farmers. A special composition from the highlands of Tarrazu - and only the finest pearls!
