Our Decaf was decaffeinated using the E.A. Sugarcane method - this exclusively uses natural solvents and completely avoids pressure. The natural Colombian cup profile is thus preserved, a caramel-malty aroma with a fine cherry note. As Omniroast, our Decaf perfectly suits every preparation method.

PHOENIX COFFEE ROASTERS was founded in 2006. As one of the first roasteries in Germany, we have driven forward the specialty coffee movement. Beyond taste and quality, it was important to us from the beginning to provide transparency about coffee. Today we import a large part of our green coffees directly from coffee farmers whom we have known for many years and with whom we maintain close contact. We look forward to discovering new coffees again and again, whether natural, washed, honey or fermented microlots. We want to share our passion with you and show you that coffee is more than just a hot drink.
