Roaster Notes
If you love coffee, but prefer it decaffeinated, then our Decaf is made for you. Notes of maple syrup, sesame, and chestnut make this coffee a taste experience - despite being decaffeinated! The green coffee grows in the Veracruz region of Mexico. We source it directly through the Rancho San Felipe farm. The De Gasperíns have been running this since 1924, and also work with other producers in the region. It's decaffeinated by Descamex using the Mountain-Water-Process.
Günter Coffee Roasters have made a name for themselves in the specialty coffee scene. Philip Weller is a two-time German Roasting Master (2024 and 2025) and Aurore Ceretta placed second at the World Cup Tasting Championships 2024. With their expertise, they have set themselves the goal of making the countless varieties of the coffee plant as experienceable as possible for their customers and themselves. Genetics and growing region, with their microclimate, make each bean and its flavour unique – which the Günters coax out through sophisticated roasting. The result is coffees distinguished by different flavour nuances that always surprise. It's worth trying!
