Philip Weller is a two-time German Roasting Master (2024 and 2025) and Aurore Ceretta placed second at the World Cup Tasting Championships 2024. With their expertise, they have set themselves the goal of making the countless varieties of the coffee plant as experienceable as possible for their customers and themselves. Genetics and growing region, with their microclimate, make each bean and its flavour unique – which the Günters coax out through sophisticated roasting. The result is coffees distinguished by different flavour nuances that always surprise. It's worth trying!
