Skylark is 100% non-profit with a simple mission: to see how 'good' coffee can be, from your first morning cup to the wellbeing of farmer communities. This coffee is a bargain because it was rescued from Uganda's market for rejects, improved through blending and sorting, then sold to us as a way of increasing the farmer's income. It's a medium-roast single origin that tastes like rum punch and cherry squash. 250g coffees arrive in our paper-stream recyclable bags.
