200 Degrees Coffee's aim is simple, they want everyone to drink better coffee. They ship only the finest green beans from Rainforest Alliance farms back to the UK where they're roasted at 200°C to give a full bodied, smoother taste, hence the name. 200 Degrees Coffee was founded by Rob and Tom, who met while studying engineering at the University of Nottingham. The pair founded the company in 2012 in response to their frustrations with the standard of coffee and service from suppliers. Fast forward to today and they've built a veritable coffee empire, comprising of over 20 distinct coffee shops and 7 barista schools, all dotted across the midlands and north of England. Assembly coffee roasters are a London-based, independent coffee roastery that drives and promotes innovation throughout the speciality coffee supply chain. Picturesque is an understatement when it comes to describing the home of Leeds based Dark Woods. The hint is in their name—the roastery is snugly situated between ancient woods and dramatic moorlands in a river-side Victorian ex-textile mill. Their vintage Probat drum roaster is primarily graced with speciality grade beans with cleaner more distinctive flavours, which span a broad spectrum of flavours and methods. Plus, they're B Corp certified so it’s good vibes all round.

Dear Green is an ode to excellence in coffee. They're committed to sourcing and roasting the finest, ethically sourced beans going, from producers across the globe. 
Established in 2011, Dear Green is a Glasgow outfit that’s all about roasting the best coffees available. As coffee obsessives, their stringent sourcing approach ensures a super high quality product, which also meets an exacting ethical standard. The green beans they source are fully traceable and come from sourcing partners who’ve met their strict supplier code of conduct. Once the beans are Glasgow side, they’re roasted scientifically with the optimal tasting experience in mind.

Grind is on a mission to change the way we drink coffee for the better- roasting coffee that’s ethically sourced from sustainable farms, making compostable coffee pods from plants, and producing a growing range of speciality coffee blends and accessories to suit the many, many ways that people like to drink their coffee. Founded in 2011 as an innovative “coffee shop by day, cocktail bar by night” hotspot in the heart of Shoreditch, Grind is now a certified B Corp that serves millions of customers each year from their 14 sites across London.

The folks at Kickback Coffee believe that everyone should be able to enjoy the freshest, most delicious coffee possible. That’s why their focus is squarely on fresh roasts, where all coffee is sold within 2 weeks of roast date. When it comes to their sourcing, Kickback Coffee keep things simple. Do they like it? If the answer is yes, the coffee is on rotation. Of course, they have excellent taste, so anything that hits the roaster and shelf is top top quality coffee. While the whole thing kicked off in 2017 with a popcorn machine, these days they’ve thankfully swapped the popcorn maker for a Giesen W15. This bustling roastery in the heart of the Cheshire Peak District serves some of the UK’s freshest roasted, highest quality and most unique tasting coffee.

Neighbourhood coffee is a roastery with a simple aim: they're all about bringing you coffee to make you smile. Behind this ethos lies lots of work, thought and passion from Liverpool’s first specialty roastery. 
The friendly Liverpool locals at Neighbourhood Coffee are fanatical about producing the perfect brew, and putting a smile on your dial while they're at it. They’re committed to travelling to origin to ensure they’re sourcing the best green beans going. Once they're Merseyside side, they roast their beans green with great care to ensure the unique characteristics of each coffee is allowed to shine. Aside from letting their coffee “tell their own stories”, this chatty bunch are known to tell a few tales themselves over a brew or two.
