Skylark has a simple mission: be the most ethical and kind coffee roastery in the world, with the best coffee going. As a registered charity, 100% of proceeds go to nonprofits that fight injustice, such as Jobs training in our hometown of Brighton, UK; nature conservation at the Knepp Wildland Foundation; and the Stumping Project which gives resources back to coffee-growing communities. We share all our financials publicly with fully open-source finances.
