Roaster Notes
"We're happy to report that this coffee has been certified as 100% organic by the Organic Food Federation, indicating that its producers adhere to a system of farm management and food production that incorporates the best environmental practices. Mustafa Mohammed Ali is a small, single coffee farmer in Ethiopia who inherited his land from his father. His coffee plantations are nestled within a jungle, where his coffee grows. His coffee plantations, located within a jungle, are home to a variety of wildlife including different types of monkeys, leopards, hyenas, wild boars, and civet cats, as well as a multitude of birds and butterflies."
Notes Coffee Roasters hit all the right ones. As their motto says: “High Grade, Sourced at Origin, Lovingly Roasted in East London!” What more could you ask for? Notes Coffee Roasters aren't your typical roastery. They only work with single origin coffee and never dabble in blends. This means their portfolio of coffees are singular, are the efforts of hard working farmers at origin are rewarded. Expect delicate coffees and myriad of flavours, and know that your morning brew is helping contribute to the maintenance and continued improvement of harvest at source. Now that’s something we hear (and taste) on repeat.
