Roaster notes
For this coffee, we paid a premium to directly fund the construction of coffee drying infrastructure at one of the cooperative s processing facilities. In the cup, it presents similarly to high-quality Rwandan coffees grown close to the nearby border (across the water of nearby Lake Kivu) - expect rich berry flavors and a red wine-like texture.
