This is Our House, formerly known as Empire, our house blend! It focuses on sweetness, balance, and clarity, while also being easy and super forgiving to work with. Brown sugar and biscuit notes are at the fore, with a dusting of cocoa and a little shoulder of sultana rounding it out.
