UK Beanz Returns Policy

On our UK Beanz online shop we sell freshly roasted beans of the best speciality coffee roasters. We want satisfied customers and if you are not happy with your product, please contact anytime our customer service and we will help you to find an alternative product. 


Terms and conditions of Return & Refund Policy:


  1. The coffee must have been purchased directly from
  2. Your possibilities:
    a) If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us for assistance. Though the right to withdrawal does not apply to “customized foods”, we want you to be satisfied with Beanz and we may offer you the possibility to return the product to Sage within 30 days from receipt of shipment, at our sole discretion.
    b) If you believe that your product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us so that together we can resolve the situation. Please do not return your coffee to Sage without first obtaining a pre-paid Sage return label from Sage.
  3. If we ask you to return your coffee, it will be at our expense. The pre-paid Sage return label is valid for 14 calendar days from issuance.
  4. If the product is returnable and you send it back to us packed in the original packaging and by sing the provided pre-paid Sage return label, Sage will offer you a refund. All refunds will be made based on your original method of payment.
  5. Please note that Sage is not responsible for coffee that is lost or damaged without following this process.
