This slow, low-intervention fermentation brings out deep fruit and floral notes, complemented by rustic sugars and warming spices. Bright citrus highlights add vibrancy, while the signature smooth finish of Ethiopian coffee ties it all together—offering a distinct and unforgettable taste of its place of origin.
