We love working with Felipe, and have purchased his coffee for years now. Felipe Trujillo left his CEO career to revive his family’s coffee farm, La Ventola, blending tradition with innovation. Inspired by the wine industry, he mastered fermentation, transforming the farm into a hub for specialty coffee. Now, he shares his passion, mentoring young farmers in the art and science of coffee processing.

Methodical Coffee opened their cafe in 2015 in Greenville, South Carolina with pennies in the bank. Luckily, their first day of trade saw a line out the door that stayed there until closing time – popularity hasn't waned since!
