Roaster Notes
The Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU) has been an institution in southern Ethiopia for over 20 years. Since its founding in 2001, the SCFCU has grown to represent 80,000 individual farmers across more than 50 primary cooperative societies, making it the second largest coffee cooperative union in the country.
