Roaster Notes
This coffee is suitable for all preparation methods. It is decaffeinated using the E.A. Sugarcane process. In this gentle process, the caffeine is extracted from the coffee using natural solvents. The main solvent used is cane sugar. The coffee is then steamed at low pressure to remove all residues. The beans contain a maximum of 0.01–0.03% caffeine.
