Roaster Notes
Our Brazil Santa Alina will surprise you with sweet flavor notes of red grape, roasted almonds, and caramel toffee. Since 1907, the Silva family has been cultivating wonderful specialty coffees on hilly landscapes. Tuca and Rodrigo constantly invest in their employees and in new varieties like Yellow Bourbon through various training sessions. Niklas and Luis export this coffee to Europe through their company Ocafi. Mats visited them in 2022.
Günter Coffee Roasters have made a name for themselves in the specialty coffee scene. Philip Weller is a two-time German Roasting Master (2024 and 2025) and Aurore Ceretta placed second at the World Cup Tasting Championships 2024. With their expertise, they have set themselves the goal of making the countless varieties of the coffee plant as experienceable as possible for their customers and themselves. Genetics and growing region, with their microclimate, make each bean and its flavour unique – which the Günters coax out through sophisticated roasting. The result is coffees distinguished by different flavour nuances that always surprise. It's worth trying!
