Roaster Notes
Marzipan, Pineapple, Cranberries. This exciting single origin coffee hails from Xánat, a group of indigenous families from Chiapas de Elochitlán, Sierra Negra, Puebla in Mexico. Pronounced ‘sha-nat’, this washed coffee offers a marzipan sweetness before pineapple acidity and cranberry tartness come to the fore, with a silky, buttery mouthfeel.
