San Patricio El Limón sits in the hills of Palencia, east of Guatemala City, where the Reyes family have farmed with passion and innovation since the late 1990s. At 1,350–1,850 masl, the eighteen-hectare farm grows a wide range of varieties and has invested heavily in water conservation and infrastructure. Palencia is emerging as a quality region, thanks in large part to the family’s dedication and community leadership.
