I Ain’t Afraid Of No Roast

Caramel, Orange, Toffee Apple

Espresso & Drip or Filter | Medium Roast | Single Origin

A classical Colombian, just begging to be brewed as filter, V60 or Aeropress. Or any method really — it's juicy orange and cherry acidity works well as espresso too. Aside from the bright acidity, there’s also some depth and complexity too with caramel, toffee apple and the odd Bakewell aroma in there. Definitely not one to be afraid of.

Roaster notes

Argelia is a fairly remote southern part of Cauca state. These farmers live four hours from the main highway, across three valleys. This is a classic Colombian coffee; juicy, balanced and sweet.
