This Christmas blend brings together three exceptional coffee lots from Colombia. The first is a washed regional lot from the Cauca region, where we've built a partnership with smallholder farmers over the past two years. The second and third are experimental creations from Jairo Arcila's farm, Santa Monica, crafted through an intricate process that includes dry anaerobic fermentation with carefully added ingredients like ripe red fruits, cinnamon, and wine yeast.
