Roaster Notes
Waturi Estate is an 8-hectare coffee farm in Murang a County, Kenya, established in 1969 and now owned by David Murathe. Managed by Francis Muruangu, the coffee is processed on-site through fermentation, washing, and soaking to achieve its distinctive profile. Unlike most Kenyan coffees sold at auction, Waturi Estate sells directly from the farm, ensuring better returns for growers and stronger partnerships.
Established in 2003, Pablo & Rusty’s opened their first cafe on Sydney’s North Shore. Gradually, their mission became clear: to positively impact people and the planet through coffee.
