Beneficio Los Crestones is an excellent micro-milling facility established by a dozen producing families near the Chirripo National Forest. Producer's Pride is a collective of varieties called Caturra, Catuai, and Villalobos all grown in Costa Rica, hence the name single origin. That would be like having an apple pie made with Granny Smith, Opal and Honey Crisp apple varietals from Washington State. Single origin, blend apple pie! The combination is the testimony of true collaboration resulting in a beautifully balanced cup of comfort flavors.
