A fun example of what happens when chocolatey coffees are roasted a little lighter than usual. Alchemistic is best enjoyed black, but can comfortably pair with cream or sugar too – so it's perfect to please a crowd without knocking their socks off!

This blend has become a staple in the Portola line-up. It's perfect to enjoy black but also pairs well with cream and sugar. This mix of a Brazil and Colombian beans works very well for an espresso for those that are looking for a brighter cup with lighter body than our espresso blend.

Over the years, they've moved from their shop in Costa Mesa to multiple locations around Orange County and Long Beach. Portola Coffee Roasters use some of the highest quality coffee beans from farms in Central and South America and Africa. Dedicated to creating relationships with the farms they partner with, their goal is to bridge the disconnect between farmers and the customers that drink the coffee to make coffee more than just a way to wake up, but an experience that lasts every time.
