Roaster Notes
This blend is a dynamic duo of Divino Niño (Huila, Colombia) and Agaro (Jimma Zone, Ethiopia), two of our year-round Foundational Offerings. Keystone is roasted to highlight clear flavors of both origins - Caramel and cooked fruit over here, floral aromatics and browning sugars there... together they transcend their individual identities into something uniquely delicious.
Passenger is a specialty coffee roasting company and a purveyor of fine teas based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. From day one, our mission has been simple: to seek out and thoughtfully present extraordinary coffees and teas sourced from long-term, farmer-focused partnerships. We believe in using business as a force for good – whether it's supporting our local community or fostering the global partnerships that make our products possible. By purchasing the vast majority (over 95%) of our coffee from seven key producers - known as our Foundational Partners - and preserving all green coffee contracted in frozen storage year-round, we’re able to maintain a rare standard of quality consistency. Our protocols have been thoughtfully refined to ensure that our partners' work is shared at peak potential, with each and every roast.
