COMICOVEL is a cooperative of 210 farmers from indigenous communities in the Opalaca mountains of Honduras, producing high-quality organic coffee through sustainable agroforestry practices that protect forests and water sources. This washed Lempira lot is handpicked, depulped, washed, and dried on small farms, then blended for a consistent flavor profile. Expect candy bar notes of chocolate, nougat, and almond with a sugary-sweet finish—an exceptional taste of Opalaca in every cup.
