This quaint, secluded farm run by Nelson Rodriguez is just a short trip from the small city of Pitalito, the largest producer of high-quality coffee in Colombia. In the Fall of 2016, we tasted coffee from his farm for the first time and instantly fell in love for its superbly sweet undertones and creamy body.
