Crafted to feature sweet notes of mandarin orange, apricot, and a cedar finish, our Onyx blend is named after the street name of our roastery, reminiscent of the mystical properties found within the onyx gemstone. An earth element, the Onyx stone is known for promoting inner strength, focused attention, and strong will power—just like a cup of this perfectly balanced coffee.

That's the way they do business. After the beans are sourced, they make their way to Southern California where the quest for only the best continues. Mike uses his degree in Chemical Engineering to achieve a balance of science and sensory prowess they call “Peak of Flavor” roast style.
