Roaster notes
Andrea and her sisters' skill and dedication shine through in this washed lot of Catuai. Expect a complex balance of bright citric and malic acidity and a clean, strong sweetness—beginning with notes of roasted hazelnuts, rich chocolate, and cedar. As the coffee cools, flavors evolve toward a refreshing lime and cinnamon spice, finishing with a soft nuttiness and creamy texture, leaving a final, balanced note of molasses and simple syrup.
