Roaster Notes
This one's a washed lot from the Dame Dabaye washing station in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. It shines with its crisp body and soft citrus acidity, with a little milk chocolate ebbing in the finish. Our export partners, Sibu Coffee, have been working extensively with farmers in the region for over 20 years, investing in the surrounding community through school renovations and fresh water resources. Dame Dabaye has the rare privilege of being certified organic, meaning buyers are assured of quality practices at the farm level!
