Roaster Notes
This natural-process coffee comes from the Dame Dabaye washing station in the Guji zone – one of the most exciting coffee-growing regions in the world. After the coffee's been picked it's carefully sun-dried on raised beds to impart a bright and syrupy body to the cup (thanks to the extra sugars and strong red fruit flavors found in the juicy pulp and skin of the cherry). Our export partners, Sibu Coffee, have been operating in this region for over 20 years!
