Acatenango is a municipality in the Chimaltenango department of Guatemala. The massive volcano complex provides high altitude and rich soil, perfect for growing amazing coffee. The hard working team at Chalabal Estrella are no strangers to exceptional coffee production. Starting with carefully selected seeds, coffee is grown, cherries are selectively picked at the peak of ripeness, wet milled, fermented, then sun dried.
