The Bucaramanga El Gato is handpicked, washed and milled by the Northeastern Colombian Coffee Cooperative (Cooperativa Cafetera Del Nororiente Colombiano). The cup shines with a nice, medium body and medium acidity and notes of apricot, cacao and grapefruit.
