This seasonally changing blend brings together the best of both worlds: a clean, vibrant washed Ethiopian coffee as the foundation, paired with rotating co-fermented and experimental lots that add fruit-forward flair and complexity. With each iteration, the components may change, but the intention stays the same — a cup that’s both balanced and striking, approachable and adventurous, traditional and innovative.

Roaster Notes
This coffee blend features origins from West Arsi in Oromia, Ethiopia, as well as Huila and Quindio in Colombia. It offers vibrant tasting notes of lemon, passionfruit candy, sweet orange, and milk chocolate. The current blend is composed of 63% Refisa (washed), 22% Unblended from the Young Producers Project, 10% Adrian Lasso’s Citrus Pink Bourbon, and 5% Jairo Arcila’s Passionfruit.
