DAK Coffee Roasters is based in Amsterdam, founded by two Canadians from Montreal in 2019 who arrived in specialty coffee from outside the category. Günter Coffee Roasters have made a name for themselves in the specialty coffee scene. Philip Weller is a two-time German Roasting Master (2024 and 2025) and Aurore Ceretta placed second at the World Cup Tasting Championships 2024. With their expertise, they have set themselves the goal of making the countless varieties of the coffee plant as experienceable as possible for their customers and themselves. Genetics and growing region, with their microclimate, make each bean and its flavour unique – which the Günters coax out through sophisticated roasting. The result is coffees distinguished by different flavour nuances that always surprise. It's worth trying!

Field Coffee is a coffee roastery in Berlin that has made it its mission to make coffee accessible, entertaining and full of good vibes. Since 2021 the team roasts with passion unique and delicious coffees to bring joy into every cup. Field Coffee is committed to fostering a vibrant community and supporting sustainable practices from bean to cup.

PHOENIX COFFEE ROASTERS was founded in 2006. As one of the first roasteries in Germany, we have driven forward the specialty coffee movement. Beyond taste and quality, it was important to us from the beginning to provide transparency about coffee. Today we import a large part of our green coffees directly from coffee farmers whom we have known for many years and with whom we maintain close contact. We look forward to discovering new coffees again and again, whether natural, washed, honey or fermented microlots. We want to share our passion with you and show you that coffee is more than just a hot drink.

Man versus Machine Coffee Roasters is an independent, family-run, organic-certified coffee roastery founded in 2014 in the Glockenbach district of Munich. All green coffees are sourced fairly and transparently, and often directly. All green coffees are 100% Specialty Grade Arabica. Better coffee is better for everyone. 19grams is one of the pioneers of specialty coffee in Berlin. Founded in 2002 in Berlin-Friedrichshain, they began back then with direct import of sustainable coffees when it wasn't yet a trend. Today they source and roast high-quality coffees from long-term partners across all growing regions of the world. 19grams operates four cafés in Berlin, including their roastery at Alexanderplatz, from where they send bloody good coffee worldwide.

The Barn had from the beginning a clear vision: to make their coffees better and better. No compromises – simply great coffee. Their coffees are always single-origin to work out unique flavour profiles and to present each of their farm partners optimally. This makes their producers proud and the product is completely traceable. Today The Barn is one of the best-known specialty coffee brands and works with a strong network of independent cafés around the world that want to serve single-origin coffees that stand out in their local markets.

We want to interpret coffee differently than one might know it. We founded Heilandt in Cologne in 2010 to share our great passion for really good coffee with others. That passion hasn't changed, the roastery has simply grown, and what started as one café has become five. Claiming our coffee is the best would be bullshit. But we're proud of our quality, our community spirit and our transparency. And we're especially proud that, as one of the few roasteries, we've managed to source all our raw coffee through direct trade.

Fjord is a Berlin coffee roaster on a mission to discover rare and unique flavours in coffee.
